Sirloin Steaks (8 & 12oz.)
Sirloin Steaks are lean, juicy, tender steaks when prepared at rare to medium. Not guaranteed when cooked medium-well to well done.
Flat Iron (8 oz.)
This well-trimmed steak is the second tenderest behind the tenderloin. It has a rich beefy flavor and stays tender and juicy even when cooked well done.
Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon
(6, 8 & 10oz.)
The filet is the tenderest cut of meat you can eat. Wrapped in bacon, you cannot ask for any better. Pair with our Kenwood Cabernet for the perfect meal.
Steak Tips (8oz.)
Our steak tips are oversized bites of tender sirloin grilled to perfection. Try it smothered with grilled onions, bell peppers, and cheese.
Our seafood suppers would pair nicely with our Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
