Sirloin Steaks are lean, juicy, tender steaks when prepared at rare to medium. Not guaranteed

when cooked medium-well to well done.

Flat Iron (8 oz.)
This well-trimmed steak is the second tenderest

behind the tenderloin. It has a rich beefy flavor and

stays tender and juicy even when cooked well done.
